It is not essential to bring anything with you, but there are a few things that may make your visit more pleasant...
We encourage guests to pack a picnic to enjoy during the show.
Food and beverages will also be available for purchase throughout the Gardens many cafes and kiosks for day time performances.
Please note, knives and picnic tables are prohibited.
The show will go on, if it's safe to do so! We hope that if it has been raining, you will still join us for some fun.
If it's a little muddy, we suggest bringing portable chair or blanket to sit on - one with a waterproof lining is ideal. Guests are also encouraged to wear comfortable all weather clothing and shoes.
If a performance is to be cancelled, patrons will be notified via a text message and an email.
Earliest notification of a cancelled performance will be on the day of the scheduled performance.
Patrons affected by a cancelled performance are invited to exchange their tickets for an alternative performance date/time or receive a full refund via See Tickets.
If a performance goes ahead in such conditions but you are concerned about attending during some slight rain, we are more than happy to exchange your tickets in advance to an alternate date. We definitely don't want you to have an unpleasant experience!
